Karl Cini


Karl is a certified public accountant and holds a diploma in taxation. He graduated from the University of Malta with an honours degree in Accountancy in 1998.

Throughout his career where he worked both in Malta and abroad, he has gained extensive knowledge of Malta’s tax system and structures together with his in-depth experience of residence and citizenship programmes have been catalysts for the firm’s rapid development.

His meticulous approach to detail coupled with an innate proficiency in identifying opportunities for tax efficiency have been key in establishing the firm’s reputation as an specialist sought by people seeking a Malta citizenship or willing to relocate to Malta.

He is an accredited person/agent under the Regulation of the Individual Investor Programme (IIP) granted by Identity Malta.

As Director of Wahaat, Oliver engages directly with families seeking to protect and pass on their wealth while providing the support and control they need to manage their matters.

Oliver previously served as Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) with a private family office in Saudi Arabia. Oliver has sat on numerous boards related to financial services including insurance, fund management and administration, remittance and wealth management.

Through his experience of setting-up and managing businesses coupled with his roles as CBDO with entities having diversified international interests, he brings extensive business expertise with a deep understanding of international business operations and marketing particularly within the GCC with demonstrated capability in strategic planning and organisational development.

Tim Dambrauskas

Business Development Consultant

Having graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the University of Latvia, Tim started his career in 2004 in the logistics sector within Latvia’s oil and gas sector. He then joined an international consulting firm in Cyprus where he occupied a managerial role with a top corporate advisory and immigration firm gaining extensive practical experience as well a successfully obtaining a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Cyprus Institute of Marketing (CIM).

Tim is a regular speaker and delegate at international events, conferences and seminars on tax, immigration and wealth management. He has also penned a number of articles which have been featured in international magazines and publications related to Malta residence and citizenship services.

In his position in relation to International Business, Tim provides HNWI & UHNWI international private clients with assistance and tailor-made solutions for their personal immigration and relocation solutions. His areas of specialisation are private tax planning, wealth structuring, as well as citizenship and residence planning.

Oliver Zammit

Corporate Structure Services Consultant

Oliver is a qualified accountant by profession. Following a number of years in the gaming industry, he joined a leading law firm where he was head of corporate services. Oliver is an Accredited Person by Identity Malta. In his career, he has advised various clients on the legal implications and other requirements of the citizenship process and directed clients with their applications and represented them directly with Identity Malta.

Prior to this accreditation, he was recognised as an ARM by the International Tax Unit. As an ARM he has advised and assisted various clients under different Maltese residency programmes. Furthermore, Oliver also acts as consultant for a leading international listed firm, responsible in advising, assisting, and training in relation to relocation of all foreign employees.

Philip Tissot

Business Development Consultant

Philip became Business Development Consultant after a long career in the British Civil Service. A former senior British Diplomat, Philip has over 30 years’ experience of assisting companies internationalise their businesses and is an expert in financial and economic reporting, trade and investment promotion, global trade policy, intellectual property and immigration matters.

Philip’s professional experience gathered over more than 35 years of employment provides him with the necessary skills and knowledge to be an effective Ambassador for Malta and promote the Malta residence and citizenship programmes as Philip has been actively involved in the promotion of UK residency visas and programmes for HNWI and Investors since 1981 as well as carrying out due diligence and evaluation of applications. Philip took early retirement from the UK Diplomatic Service in March 2013 and now lives in Malta.
